Returns & Refunds Policy
We prioritise customer satisfaction and handle our returns & refund under consumer law. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or believe that your item is faulty we are happy to help you as soon as possible.
Please read carefully the terms and conditions below. You may not be eligible for returns or refund if the terms and conditions are not met.
- Used or altered items are not eligible for returns.
- Returns are only accepted within 15 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return,your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To return your product, please contact us at email@example.com
Shipping Expenses and Other Conditions
- We do not cover shipping expenses unless the item(s) you wish to return are faulty and/or sent via our partner shipping companies.
- Your refund will be processed in full within 48 hours provided that the return(s) received by our quality control meet the conditions as stated above. Credit cards may take up to 7 days to reflect the refund. Please contact your card-issuing bank for enquiries about when the refund will be credited to your account.
Shipping & ReturnsConditions are as follows:
- You must email at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us that you are returning a product.
- Returned product must be include the original box and/or packaging.
- Opened and altered products that are no longer in resaleable condition are not eligible for return.
- We cover your shipping expenses only if your item(s) are faulty.
