The Outliers Notebook order processing time before leaving the warehouse is between 2-3 business days. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days. Processing time is not included in the delivery time.
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification that it has been shipped. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Holidays.

Shipping costs are waived if your order subtotal is €50 or over. We use DHL Express on all orders placed.
How long does shipping take ?
Delivery time is typically 2-5 business days after Processing. Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping/delivery delays due to the carrier.
How can I track my order ?
Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail and you will receive the second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to track your package.
